This
is recommended because different types of directories and
search engines require varying lengths and types of
descriptions to correctly list your web site. These
descriptions will be sent to you for review. We ask that
our clients respond to us with any modifications they
would like us to make to the descriptions within a
48-hour time period so we can proceed with your promotion
in an expedient manner. If we do not receive a
communication notifying us of any changes, we will use
the descriptions sent to you unless prior arrangements

Search engine-triggering analysis.
Critical analysis of META
tags within your site and suggestions for site and tag
improvements. As per your request, we will analyze the
META tags within your site and make specific
recommendations for additions to key pages within your
site. Improved META tags will lead to improved placement

your site. We will allocate the appropriate time to fully

month. Results will be reported in tabular form listing

will resubmit it once more.

Industry specific submissions
are designed to target your audience, providing
comprehensive coverage when used in conjunction with the
Conquer The Web directory submission service. During this
promotional period, Conquer The Web will submit your site to
industry-specific, regional and local directories,
including those in major cities and regional areas in the
U.S. Through our initial consultation, we will define the
criteria for determining those directories that are
focused towards your target market.

Conquer The Web Delivery:
We will place linked, graphical banners on
specific sites throughout our exclusive network and will
route the clickthroughs directly to your site. You only
pay per visitor, removing the risk of purchasing
banner ads and not getting results. Based on the criteria
you specify, we will place a targeted banner ad on sites
that reach your potential customers. The cost includes
the creation and execution of the banner ads.

Direct Email.
Your site will be announced to people who have
requested information on web sites within your target
market (a review of the categories can be made available.)
Conquer The Web will write your message, keeping within the
parameters of effective email announcements. You may
review the message and make adjustments where you choose.
As with any direct email process, requests will be made
for more information and for removal from the list.
Conquer The Web will filter all responses and any responses
requiring a reply from you will be forwarded to the
appointed person at your company for response.

Press releases:
our professional writer will contact you by
phone to conduct a 20 minute interview, and will compose
the press release with an exciting and creative angle
that makes your site newsworthy. Your press
release is distributed within 5 business days after your
approval. The recipients of this press release will be
media professionals such as: USA Today, Internet World,
The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Interactive Age,
NBC, and other top radio & TV Broadcasters and
editors of premier technology and business periodicals.
You will be provided with written confirmation of your
distribution.

Awards Nominations (if applicable):

appropriate award, new announcement, and review sites.

Newsgroup promotion
is accomplished in three phases. The first

opportunities within popular search engines, directories

to a 15% management fee.

and evaluation. Starting with a list of your
closest competitors, Conquer The Web will research your online
competition. A detailed report will be provided
highlighting their good points and pitfalls to avoid.

A kickoff meeting
will be conducted to start the project. Monthly reporting
will be provided, summarizing past month's promotional
accomplishments and focus for next month. Reports will be
